Pregnancy and the postpartum period bring tremendous changes to the body, mind, and daily life. A thoughtful yoga practice can provide support through each stage of that journey.
As a mother of three and a certified prenatal yoga teacher, I understand both the physical and emotional changes that accompany pregnancy and recovery. My goal is to help you feel confident, supported, and connected to your body throughout the process.

Sessions are individualized based on your delivery experience, recovery timeline, and personal goals.
